‘Frankenstein’: a creatures search for answers from his creator who abandoned him.
Mary Shelley’s dual narrative novel ‘Frankenstein’ depicts the journey of despair and anguish for two men who will be connected forever. Victor Frankenstein, whilst trapped in Arctic seas, re-tells the story of his life’s work: the creation of a living breathing man. He tells a story of guilt, despair and torture as he tries to flee from his creation whilst suffering from his creations destruction. Later in the novel the creature re-tells his story of abandonment, fear and revenge as he searches to find answers from his creator.
Arguably one of the world’s most important novels, ‘Frankenstein’ is a must read for anyone and everyone.
